The Birth of TheCIINDE©
Launched in 2020, The Canadian Institute of Integrative Nursing Development & Education Ltd. (TheCIINDE©) was born during the Year of the Nurse, as declared by the World Health Organization. TheCIINDE© introduced Canada's first holistic nurse coaching program, a response to the escalating healthcare crisis during the pandemic and the urgent need for nurse well-being.
