Graduates may indicate that they have attended TheCIINDE© and may reference the appropriate certificate/designation received (e.g., Certificate in Comprehensive Holistic Nurse, Nurse Coaching & Consultant Certificate Program) on a resume, website, and/or other promotional materials online and offline. Graduates may use the applicable credentials CCHNC-C (CIINDE© Certified Holistic Nurse, Nurse Coach & Consultant) OR CCHN-C (CIINDE© Certified Holistic Nurse & Nurse Consultant) OR CCNC (CIINDE© Certified Holistic Nurse Consultant), depending on the program completed. Students are encouraged to consult their regulatory body regarding proper use of titles/credentials within their jurisdiction.

Access to course materials is granted for one (1) year following the end of the program. Access is provided for the Student’s personal learning and reference and does not transfer ownership or permission to copy, distribute, record, publish, or reuse TheCIINDE© materials except with written permission.

To protect students, the learning environment, and TheCIINDE©’s intellectual property and business interests, the Student/Graduate agrees to the following:

     1. Practice Permitted

Nothing in this Agreement restricts the Graduate from practicing nursing, coaching, consulting, or providing wellness or clinical services, including operating an independent practice or working as an employee or contractor, provided the Graduate does not violate the restrictions below.

     2. Restricted Education Programs and Platforms (No Competing Training Platform)

During the Program and for two (2) years following graduation or withdrawal, the Graduate will not create, develop, teach, market, sell, license, or deliver any education, training, membership, community, certification, or similar program/platform (including online communities, paid groups, cohorts, courses, masterminds, or subscriptions) that is substantially similar to, derived from, or intended to substitute for TheCIINDE©’s educational offerings (a “Competing Education Program”).

For clarity, a “Competing Education Program” means a structured offering primarily intended to teach others holistic nursing, nurse coaching, nurse consulting, or closely related content in a manner that substantially overlaps with TheCIINDE©’s curriculum, frameworks, methods, learning outcomes, or materials.

This restriction does not prevent the Graduate from offering brief educational components that are incidental to professional services (e.g., client education, general workshops, workplace in-services delivered within the scope of employment), provided TheCIINDE© materials are not copied, distributed, or used as stand-alone training products without written permission.

  1. Non-Solicitation and Recruitment (Students, Alumni, Faculty, and Clients)

During the Program and for two (2) years following graduation or withdrawal, the Graduate will not, directly or indirectly, solicit, recruit, or attempt to solicit or recruit:

  • Any current TheCIINDE© student or participant;
  • TheCIINDE© alumni;
  • TheCIINDE© instructors, contractors, employees, or advisors; or
  • TheCIINDE© organizational/corporate clients or prospective clients known to the Graduate through their involvement with TheCIINDE©, for the purpose of enrolling them in, employing them for, or providing services to a Competing Education Program.

For clarity, this includes recruiting through direct messages, emails, social media posts targeted to TheCIINDE© students/alumni, or through any TheCIINDE© community spaces, directories, contact lists, or events.

     2. Graduate Communities (Permitted with Limits)

Graduates may create or participate in professional networking communities (including social media groups) for holistic nurses, nurse coaches and related professionals, including groups focused on business development, marketing, peer support, or community-building, provided that such communities:

  • Are not marketed or operated as a substitute for, or substantially similar to, TheCIINDE©’s education, training, membership, or certification programs;
  • Do not copy, distribute, teach, or repurpose TheCIINDE© course materials, recordings, templates, frameworks, or other proprietary content without written permission;
  • Do not use TheCIINDE©’s name, trademarks, or branding, or imply affiliation, endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or instructor status; and
  • Do not solicit TheCIINDE© students, alumni, instructors/contractors, or organizational clients for the purpose of enrolling them in or delivering services to a Competing Education Program.
     3. No Misrepresentation; No Implied Affiliation

The Graduate must not represent themselves as a founder, owner, employee, official representative, instructor, or agent of TheCIINDE©, and must not use TheCIINDE©’s name, logo, trademarks, or branding in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, affiliation, or sponsorship, except as expressly permitted above (e.g., stating completion of the program and use of approved credentials).

     4. Community Conduct and Professional Integrity (No False or Misleading Statements)

The Graduate agrees to engage with TheCIINDE©, its students, faculty, and community in a professional manner and will not make or publish statements (including on social media or in group forums) that are false, misleading, or defamatory about TheCIINDE©, its representatives, its programs, or its community, including statements that could reasonably undermine trust in the safety or integrity of TheCIINDE© without substantiated basis

Nothing in this clause limits the Graduate’s ability to provide fair, accurate, and good-faith feedback, including raising concerns through appropriate professional, regulatory, or legal channels.

     5. Confidentiality, Copyright, and Written Permission

All course materials, curriculum, teaching methods, frameworks, templates, assessments, recordings, slide decks, handouts, and other program content are confidential and/or proprietary to TheCIINDE© and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. The Graduate agrees not to copy, record, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, sell, sublicense, share, or create derivative works from any TheCIINDE© materials, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from TheCIINDE©.

Reference to any portion of this program must be appropriately acknowledged and/or used only with written permission from TheCIINDE©. To request permission, please write to info@theciinde.com

     6. Reasonableness and Severability

The Graduate acknowledges that the restrictions in this section are reasonable and necessary to protect TheCIINDE©’s intellectual property, students, community integrity, and business interests. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of this section remains in effect.

     7. Remedies

The Graduate acknowledges that a breach of this section may cause irreparable harm to TheCIINDE©. In addition to any other remedies available at law, TheCIINDE© may seek injunctive or equitable relief to prevent or stop a breach, as well as damages where applicable.
